Kings Creek is one of the many confluences that flow into the Mad River. It's not too far from my house, about 3 minutes down the road. It's one of those tiny creeks that strikes my imagination every week I drive by it. For the last 22 years, I have sketched and painted along her banks. Kings Creek is a very scenic meadow stream that runs into its wellspring in a glacial rift. A spring-fed creek that stays cold year-round.
